My Training

I received my training as a Nutritional Therapist from the College for Naturopathic Medicine in Dublin.

I chose CNM as they are one of the largest and respected nutrition colleges in Ireland and the UK.

This was a 3 year diploma course in Nutritional Therapy studying biology, physiology and advanced nutrition with an emphasis on how nutrition plays a major role in both health and disease.

My training also included 200 hours of clinical practice with one to one clients.

This training has a strong focus on evidence based nutrition and gave me the tools to work with a client to find the root causes of their health concerns and address them with nutrition and lifestyle changes.

In addition to my training with CNM I have trained as a Health Coach with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s (IIN) Health Coach Training Program.

During my training, I studied multiple dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and in depth coaching methods in order to assist clients implement dietary and lifestyle changes.

My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and evidence based preventative health. Drawing on these skills and my knowledge  I work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.
