Breakfast

 

There is nothing like a good hearty breakfast to start your day. When we have an adequate breakfast we feel fuller for longer throughout the day and our blood sugars tend to remain more stable then if we eat a small breakfast and the bulk of our food is consumed later in the day.

If you are not a morning person or don’t have time to sit down for breakfast in the mornings you could try using a thermos type flask to bring your porridge with you and eat it at a more favourable time.
